Pricing

All prices in US dollars. Local taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated and added at checkout. Our web orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

How pricing works

Altr's AI features use credits. Each generation or edit uses a number of credits shown before you run it, and credits are only charged when a job is accepted. You can get credits two ways: a subscription that adds credits every billing period, or a one-time credit pack that never expires.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Payments and refunds

Web purchases are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and sends your receipt and invoice. You can manage or cancel a web subscription from the link in your Paddle receipt email. Please read our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. Questions about billing: support@dvolvai.com.
